At Truth Nutrition customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We are committed to providing the best products at the best prices, paired with unmatched customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from www.truthnutrition.com we provide a 30-day money back guarantee or exchange (items or merchandise that has been opened, used, or altered will be handled on a case-by-case basis). If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact the Truth Nutrition Customer Support Team. Our Team will work with you to determine how we can best meet your needs.
Please note that any purchases made from any other third-party retailer are handled on a case by case basis. Please reach out to the Truth Nutrition Team for additional support, and we will work with you along with the retailer to guarantee your satisfaction.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please send a message to the Truth Nutrition Team at info@truthnutrition.com to initiate the return process. You will need to provide purchase receipt and/or purchase confirmation number for proof of purchase.
MAILING IN RETURN
Please contact us at info@truthnutrition.com to request an RMA number and return product insert along with proper shipping return address and information.
You will be contacted by a Truth Nutrition Team member upon receipt of your return. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process. Purchases made at a third-party retailer are handled on an individual basis.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return shipping labels for customers outside the United States. If you have a problem with a product, please contact our Truth Nutrition Support Team.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Item returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee when they are considered non defective.
Items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, opened, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges of any of product, regardless where they are purchased from must be within 30 days of your purchase due to a manufacturer defect. Truth Nutrition is responsible to decide what products are eligible for exchange due to a manufacturer defect.
Please email info@truthnutrition.com with your proof of purchase, lot # and expiration date (found on the bottom of the bottle) and description of the defect.
SHIPPING
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Once your order is received, it will be sent to our warehouse to be picked, packed, and shipped right away.
ORDER SHIPMENT:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within one business day from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery of your package for domestic orders. International shipments may take up to 14 business days for delivery. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@truthnutrition.com. Some international orders that take longer than the allotted timeframe are considered to be in customs and will process for delivery. However, if after 60 days your package has not delivered, we will work with you to have your package reshipped or refunded for the price of the items sold.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:
Domestic orders from TruthNutrition.com are eligible to receive standard or expedited shipping services. All orders over $65 will come with free standard shipping. Expedited and overnight shipping rates are also available at additional costs.
DAMAGES:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to info@truthnutrition.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed on business days (Monday - Friday) typically ship within 1-2 business days. If your order is placed on a weekend, it will ship the following Monday. Business days do not reflect weekends or US holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Truth Nutrition is not responsible for any VAT, Customs Fees or International Taxes that may be incurred after a purchase of merchandise from our online store. Orders may take longer to deliver due to customs delays. Though not all orders can be delayed by customs inspections, in some cases, orders can be inspected at a customs agency for a certain amount of time.
Please keep this in mind when ordering internationally. We will do our best to assist you with any questions you might have in the process.
Please be aware that items purchased on TruthNutrition.com are sold at USD Value. Exchange rates are not applied to your order.
By ordering goods from Truth Nutrition destined to EU-member states specifically, services will be provided to you only after you explicitly agree to become Importer of Record (“IOR”) and as such customs clearance shall be made in your name and on your behalf. As IOR, you agree to be ultimately responsible for importing the products ordered by you into the destination EU-member state and are solely responsible for the payment of duties, and taxes either at the time of sale if prepayment is selected or at the time of importation if prepayment is not selected. You hereby give a proxy or power of attorney (“POA”) to Truth Nutrition’s designated shipping provider for the customs clearance of products ordered by you. This POA authorizes Truth Nutrition’s designated shipping provider’s assigned customs broker to act on behalf of you. Truth Nutrition’s designated shipping provider’s intervention with respect to customs formalities may be done by a customs agent assigned by Truth Nutrition’s designated shipping provider on your behalf. You hereby acknowledge to have understood the concept of IOR and the need of the POA and further state that the terms of the POA or terms of the purchase from Truth Nutrition and transportation conditions from Truth Nutrition’s designated shipping provider are not unreasonable or unknown to you, that you have read them, understood them and further have agreed to them.
