Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return shipping labels for customers outside the United States. If you have a problem with a product, please contact our Truth Nutrition Support Team. We'd love to help you anytime!
Orders for in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours for delivery 2-4 business days after the order is placed, depending on your location. A physical street address and a phone number are required for all shipments.
*All returns are subject to approval and it is the sole discretion of Truth Nutrition to determine if a return qualifies for a refund or exchange.
Returns must be post marked within 15 business days of being received, we do not need to receive the products within 10 business days. After 10 business days, your item will no longer be eligible for a refund. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all seals in place. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
We do not offer return labels to our international customers at this time. Please send the return via your preferred shipping method at your own expense. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We recommend using FedEx.
Customers are encouraged to use whichever shipping company is most convenient. You will not be charged for duties or taxes again.
Insurance and express shipping is unnecessary, we do however recommend getting a tracking number for your reference.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Receiving Your Refund:
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items), which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Truth Nutrition. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. We recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been opened, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
